Comment: First of all I went through the book cursorily hoping it to be another fiction on Ramayana . Intrigued by diagrams showing Kaikayee’s thought process or Why Hanuman’s tail did not burn, I started reading it deeply and continued to the last . It is a splendid effort by the author. It has to be read and reread time and again as it invokes our thought process . Will not reveal the details as I want all to read it thoroughly to draw their lessons for life .

It's important because it tells who we are. It's important because it sets us indias apart from the rest of the world, so that we don't have to look for an identity when we face the world. If Ramayana and Mahabharat were not there I am pretty sure the people of India would have been made to believe that they were barbarians before the foreigners came to the land and would never had taken any pride in being who they are.
